¡¡¡¡BSR¡ªSS sparkling slice made of resin after foaming and extrusion features innocuity, light weight, heat preservation, shock restance and sound proof. After processing, the slice will be made into throw-away plate, medicine packing, anti-shock materials, etc.
¡¡¡¡In natural environment, the product start biodegradation in three months. If compost is available, biodegradable rate will grow over 75% in 300 days and slice turned into pieces. Then leftover continues to biodegrade untill disappear with safety and environmental approval.

Foaming Anti-shock Filler

¡¡¡¡BSR¡ªSS is kind of environmental approved resin acting as anti-shock filler.Its density has been down to 0.008-0.50g/cm3 after melting of special extruder and foaming next. The sparkling granule with diameter from 8 to 12mm, length from 10 to 50mm, takes the place of polyethylene, polystyrene, other plastic products, paper pieces and straw as packing material for anti-shock filling.
¡¡¡¡In addition, BSR£­SS, as replacement of throw-away foaming plastic which can bring environmental pollution (such as foaming polystyrene and polyethylene), features heat insulation, sound proof, thermal preservation, pressure resistance and anti-shock.

¡¡¡¡ Plenty of macromolecule materials (such as starch, wood powder and other plant fibre), liquid additive, cross linking agent, surface active agent, and some micromolecule resin together are melted, cut and compressed by special extruder. After physical procedures, they will experience activation, cross linking, coupling and other technic procedures, and then plastication, extrusion, granule-making. At last BSR-SS granule material comes into being. Putting this granule material into common extruder for sparkling will finally bring out anti-shock, insulated, heat-reserving and environmental approved packing material for sparkling filling.
¡¡ The new natural macromolecule sparkling anti-shock material will be totally biodegraded in 30 to 90 days in natural environment, no pollution at all.
